倉敷民商弾圧事件・禰屋裁判
弁護団の証人・証拠を採用し公正な審理を

　一審（江見裁判長）は、検察側の証人・証拠を採用する一方で、弁護側の証人は１人しか採用せず、査察官報告書を証拠に有罪としました。しかし高裁は、証拠は違法だと一審判決を断罪したのです。
　差戻審では法人税法違反と税理士法違反療法について審理の抜本的なやり直しを行い、真実を明らかにすべきです。
　以上から２点について要請します。
　❶弁護団の求めるすべての証人・証拠を採用し、公正な審理で禰屋さんを無罪とすること。
　❷検察官の不当な立証を認めないこと

For Justice and Fairness in the trial of Ms Neya

Ms Machiko Neya was falsely arrested in 2014 and detained as long as 428 days, despite the fact that the alleged crimes were rather petty and completely non-violent. She has unchangingly denied all those charges and pleaded not guilty.

Chief Judge Emi of the original court refused almost all the witnesses for the defender except one, while he accepted all for the prosecutors.

I sincerely urge you to accept the witnesses for the defender and to make an impartial judgement not only for the falsely accused woman but also for justice's sake.
